Mark Podolsky: My tip is a little practical, Land Marketing Tip during the holidays. Those gadgets that you’re going to buy for your loved one could only last for six months, but this won’t! This would last forever. Our asset is the only thing that lasts forever, it’s a generational asset. Like, the Nintendo switch will be obsolete in six months, this 5-acres won’t be!
