Is The Doc Fee Refundable When A Buyer Ghost The Process

On this week’s roundtable episode, the Land Geeks discuss whether or not the document fee is refundable after a buyer stops communicating during the purchasing process.

Joining Mark this week are:

  • Mike Zaino
  • Scott Bossman
  • Erik Peterson
  • Teria Harris
  • Tate Litchfield
  • Scott Todd

Listen in as they go around the table and share their individual approach to handling a scenario where a prospective buyer pays the document fee and makes a down payment but becomes unresponsive soon after. Will the buyer be refunded the document fee or is it non-refundable?

Teria: Today’s tip is a little different, I found this incredible app called Fitbod. It allows me to go in and put what equipment I have; how I want to workout and how long I want to workout. It allows me to specify if I want heavy lifting or what type of workout. It plans my whole workout. It tracks my whole muscle recovery. It designs my workout. I can change it if I don’t want to do this or that, but for those who workout or who are looking to workout, Fitbod is a great help.
